Noted

1. Enter a fake case ID — like PT-0001. Never a real name.
2. Press "Start Session." Your browser will ask for microphone permission — tap Allow.
3. Speak normally. Use the Speaker picker to tag who's talking (you vs. the client). Captions appear live in big text below.
4. Press "End Session" when done. You'll see a button to Finalize Note.
5. Press "Finalize Note." The app writes a clinical SOAP (or DAP / BIRP / GIRP) note from the transcript. Give it 10–30 seconds.

Nothing on this demo page is saved between browser refreshes. Notes are written into a local vault on the server for demo purposes only.
